Breast Prosthesis and Lifting

Breast lifting surgery is performed under general anesthesia in the operating room. It takes average of 2 hours. If the patient does not have breast tissue, a prosthesis should be used.The size of the prosthesis is determined by the surgeon, keeping the patient's request in the foreground and taking into account the patient's body measurements. The patient's actions after breast lift surgery are critical to the operation's final result. The patient should not use a special bra after the procedure. The bra that provides support is put on the patient in the operating room at the end of the operation and used for at least 5-6 weeks. The biggest question after breast lift surgery is 'Will I have any problems breastfeeding my baby?'. Milk vessels are not damaged as much as possible in breast surgeries. Therefore, the probability of breastfeeding before surgery is as high as after surgery.
